Roger’s cross-cultural expertise spans many countries. Having worked for the world’s leading product design firms such as Porsche Design and San Francisco-based FuseProject (led by california design icon Yves Behar), some of Roger’s projects also received international design awards and accolades. Roger honed his multi-disciplinary design talent by working for game changing startups, as well as design and architecture studios in the US, Germany, Switzerland, South Korea, Hong Kong and China.
Roger is Envary’s visionary globetrotter, providing our clients with holistic understanding of cross-cultural user needs and regional design insights. Roger holds a Masters degree of Industrial Design from the School of Art and Design Berlin-Weissensee, Germany and a Swiss Apprenticeship Diploma in Architecture.

Stefan’s has scored a versatile set of skills by working in very different creative industries: Advertising, Branding, Fashion & Portrait Photography, Interior Design & Architecture, Games Design and Publishing. In Hong Kong he obtained insightful know-how about the branding and business challenges of small and large enterprises around the world, working for the China focused branding agency Eight Partnership and global top5 corporate interior design firm M Moser Associates.
Stefan is Envary’s thinktank brain, making sure that challenges and opportunities are creatively tackled from all directions. Stefan owns a Bachelor of Communication Design from the Berlin Design Academy, School of Communication and Design, Germany, and also holds a Diploma in Game Design from the Games Academy Berlin.

Christian’s knowhow of human experience and behavior, methodology and research tools, as well as brands and communication supports Envary at its base. Over the past 10 years, Christian has worked at various international brand consultancies, and contributed his expertise to clients like Volkswagen, Vodafone, TBWA and The City of Melbourne. With deep understanding of human perception, needs as well as motivations, Christian digs deeply for insights into the desires of humans. His experience in branding and marketing communications supports the development of brand strategies and touchpoints that click with users.
Christian is Envary’s strategic mind profiler, squeezing the essence of thoughts and insights into a concentrated brand solution. Christian has a Master in Psychology (University of Tübingen – Germany, California State University Long Beach – USA) focusing on business, communication and environmental design.
